Hi, I am Bob Davies (N-Train) trying hard to bring my own set of products to market and keen to try out this new product.
If things go according to plan, I will also try to build a shuttle track to demonstrate my products at shows, using some fiNetrax.

Hi All,
I'm Mark, I have been working in N Gauge for several years now and am in the (very slow and long-winded) planning stages of a West Midlands based layout circa 2003-2004 named Bridgtown.
I have been using Templot to plan the layout so will definitely be hand-building my turnouts and look forward to the availability of the FiNetrax range.
I have built track before, having completed the trackwork for a layout based on Litchfield Trent Valley using Peco code 40 rail and copper clad sleepers. Unfortunately this layout didn't progress past the track and wiring stages and was abandoned some years ago although still resides in my Parents' loft. I also hand-built a three way turnout for Ray Evans of BHE fame some years back and was even asked to produce them commercially! Due to lack of time and the prospect of batch building using the somewhat coarse methods that I was using back then I decided to stick to just the one!
Outside of the hobby I earn a living maintaining aircraft for Virgin Atlantic at Gatwick, holding approvals across the fleet both for the Avionics (my initial training and background) and also Airframe/Engine aspects.

I'm Phil Hendry, and you may well recognise me from the N Gauge Porum, where I've become a regular poster. I've been modelling in N since the early 1990s. I started out with British, but got very frustrated, so sold all my Graham Farish and bought Japanese stuff - well, I have a keen interest in Japanese trains as well. I have two Japanese layouts - one a modern seaside town, the other a preserved steam depot with turntable and all that. Since Dapol started to compete with Graham Farish, the quality of British models has come on leaps and bounds, so I've been 'dipping my toes in' again. I'm planning to build a micro-layout or moving diorama depicting a Nuclear flask terminal - not really based on any particular location, but typical of several, for which hand-laying track sounded like a suitable challenge! So here I am!

I should have added that I've built turnouts before.... In 45 mm gauge for a live steam loco I built from a kit 12 or so years ago. That is fun to run

Hi Guys, Thanks for introducing yourselves! Just waiting for one more tester I am working to make 2 jigs, one jig to file the switch blades to the correct B angle (this is working quite well), and another jig to hold the 2 blades and the tie bar in place to aid soldering.

This is Grahame reporting in. I've been in to N gauge modelling since at least the early 1980s. And looking forward to getting a point kit to test build.

Hi, I'm Gareth whom some of you will probably know from various forums and the NGS. I didn't realise this forum existed until speaking with Grahame H at the AGM yesterday. Looking forward to building better looking track.

Afternoon,
I stumbled on this forum today and think it is the perfect support for working with Finetrax. I am a regular on a number of other fora (forii?) under the name Claude Dreyfus. That didn't work on here, so a username shared with my favourite guinea pig (and curry!) has been selected.
As one or two on here will know, I mainly dabble with.Japanese N, however my adventures with Finetrax will be Victorian LBSCR! Other interests include my various animals and making wine (out of pretty much anything I can!)...
Away from hobbies, I work as a contract business analyst, hawking myself around insurance companies...mainly London Market, but pretty much anyone is fine...
