Hi,
I have used the 2mm society code 40 track for a couple of n gauge layouts with both concrete and wooden sleepers. For points I have hand made them at 9mm using eastrac components, with the gauge tightening as the track approachs the points. While this was ok for 6 turnouts on a simple BLT I am now planing the layout of my dreams in my new loft conversion. On another plank I built something with the concrete sleepers, again 9.4 mm gauge on plan track but soldered track for points.
I wonder if you are planning on producing concrete sleepered flexi track? I don't think there is an infinite amount of point in concrete sleepers for turnouts as soldered looks fine.
