I've built couple of the 1:6 turnouts and in the main am very pleased with the result (I've just taken delivery of another four 1:8 turnouts). However I've noticed that on one of the left hand turnouts the curved stock rail close to the switch rail blade, has moved away from the chair. This bit is where we cut off the inner lug of the slide chair so there is nothing to stop this happening. Has anyone a solution on how to stop this? I had thought to only cut a little off the inner lug, enough to hold the rail but not interfere with the blade touching the stock rail, or super glue or even using a track pin through the bottom of the sleeper to the inner edge of the rail. Anyone seen this problem and have unobtrusive solution
Dave
